Contact Info for Brazilian Judges

Below is the contact information for the Brazilian judges involved in this case. The first judge listed is the Federal judge who has the case before him now while the second judge listed already ruled against David and denied visitation at the State family Court in Rio. Let them know how you feel about this case but PLEASE bear in mind that the Federal Judge HAS NOT YET RULED so we need to send separate emails to both judges. The third judge, Gilson Dipp, is a senior member of the Brazilian judiciary and should also be aware of the court proceedings in this case.

I think it would also be helpful if someone could post a Portuguese “form letter” similar to the letter that was posted for the Senators and Congressmen that could be sent to the judges.

Nice work. Do you have a copy of the letter you sent to them. I am having a hard time figuring out how to say what I have to say without being to blunt. I don’t want to hurt the case.

Also i just got this back… the email he gave you isnt working… Maybe it has been bombarded since you posted?

Yeah, that e-mail is not working for me either (CEJA@tj.rj.gov.br)

So, log on to http://www.tj.rj.gov.br/ and click “Fale Conosco”- and then leave a letter in attention to “High Court Judge Thiago Ribas Filho” in that pop-up form.

Hopefully someone will forward him the message.
