Some of you may not like what I have to say about the both government but it's my observation and my opinion and as far as I'm concerned, I still feel this way.

What you said is the truth. As for Brazil the courts here will always tend to handle Hague cases as ordinary custody disputes - which they are not.

Anyway you manage well the situation and now is enjoying your daughter, as much as she is enjoyed you - her "I am relieved" remarks tell well how much she wants you. As you once said "you can't catch flies with salt but with sugar". It worked.

Your mistaken, I'm certain 100% of the people in this forum agree with you, "The Government will not help".
If someone did not agree with you they are either drinking the koolaid of false hope or they work for gov.

Most people that has read and posted on this forum knows that State Department does nothing to help the LBP.  I agree with him 100 percent.

I completely agree. The DOS OCI is without a doubt useless. I know and learned everything about what to do from this site Bringseanhome.org. Without the help from the members here. L.E.R.P, Tweinstein, Sagedad, M.Capestro, Dan_Plainview, DmDaven2 and numerous others I would be absolutely lost and not knowing what to do. All LBP's need to stick together and bring justice to each of our family's.  No one know's the pain that we go threw but one another.
