State Dept:
1- Fails mention the American Children abducted to a foreign country increase 37% 47% a yearly.
2- Fails to address the urgent need for State Courts and State Legal entities to take an active role with American LBP
3- Fails to show American Left Behind Parent at a huge disadvantage, Hague to be heard in taking parents country.
4- Fails to show State Gov, how to support, help, assist American Left Behind Parents

5- Fails to show how 315 - 316 - 317 can help an American left behind parent.
6- Fails to show how US court and State Gov can under law take action and assist left behind American parents.
7- Fails to show how important and useful and ex parte custody order can assist left behind parents.

Left Behind American Parents we need to apply pressure on The State Dept to expand the message & assistance our State Gov can offer LBP's who's children have been abducted to a foreign country.

To all readers, I am sorry I had posted and wasted your time, I assumed  :deadhorse the State Dept did a good thing for American LBP's I was wrong!
