I believe that we have already discussed this. I previously stated that you needed to submit evidence to Bob D'Amico and request a subforum. He will then set one up.

An NCMEC case number is very helpful.  Do you have an active case with them?

Otherwise a copy of the US custody order, Hague application, etc

NCMEC ? I may not . I filed my application through barbara greig DOS OCI . All i have is the court record number in the high court of Ireland .
  Record No. 27/2010 HLC
theres a referance they use on the acceptance letter
LR 10.6.1694?

You don't need to send all of them. The acceptance letter from the Ireland Central Authority should be enough. Send a private message to Bob D'Amico and attach a scanned copy of the letter. BSHF needs to be very careful not to publicly support any cases that ultimately turn out to be frauds. This does not say anything about you, but rather an effort to maintain the integrity of the foundation.

You should also open a case with the NCMEC anyway.  They have a lot of experience in these cases and can sometimes over good country specific advice.  They also have a reunification fund to help pay expenses with you attending some of the hearings in your case personally and/or bringing them home.

They will ask you for a copy of your local court/custody order and an NCIC number for your son.  If your son is not listed in the NCIC missing persons database you should get him listed there too.  The local police are the ones who need to list a child in the FBI's crime database (NCIC) as "missing."  If your son is not listed there your wife could probably fly in and out of the US with him on his own passport without anyone even stopping her.

I went as far as the state level with wrongful removal . Ireland specifically stated in the acceptance letter that they would NOT return her if criminal charges were pursued or initiated during the hague court hearings .

And the sheriff stated he was going to put it on the NCIC but I asked him not to due to that fact alone .

Neither the NCIC or the NCMEC have anything to do with criminal charges against the mother whatsoever.

In order to put him on the missing and exploited NCIC list  there must be a crime committed of parental kidnapping . thats what Det. Renno ,  the deputy sheriff on my case here in Pulaski County  told me ...
