Big day at The Hague International Conference on child abduction. PACT intervened twice: effect on child and safe returns. We'r applauded!

The usual. All bark and no bite. When are all these meetings and hearings going to show some real time results of bringing children home? Reuniting them with their parents? It's all nothing more than a racket and a circus. All lip service to try and influence all of us to feeling that they are doing something about. It's all theoretical until facts begin to show up. How can anybody talk about wisdom and knowledge Ambassador Jacobs when your data shows us otherwise? Get real and take your head out of the sand. Do you even know why you were appointed this post? You are a deflector of SOS Clinton. Deflecting all the heat from her. Stop talking and start taking action. Your words mean nothing. We want action.

GET THEM HOME FIRST AND THEN TALK ALL YOU WANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 :yeahthat

Yep.  They've been running this horse and pony show for decades, but the only changes that have occurred are the names and faces of the abducted children.

Amen my brother. This list will keep growing until our lawmakers stop talking and start acting. Your word are only as good as the action you put behind them. By the way. Awesome testimony. I watched the entire thing. You made me proud and I wished I could have been there.

My children Christopher and William Ko (See Ko Brothers Forum) were returned from Singapore on March 15, 2011.  I want to get the boys onto the Dept of Homeland Security "Prevent Departure Program" and was referred to OCI by NCMEC.  OCI is no help as they have been during the 18 months that my children were abducted.

The newest member of OCI Ms. Walker said my Sole Custody Court Order is not sufficient to get the boys onto the Prevent Departure Program.  When asked several times WHAT WORDING is required, there was no response.

Let's PREVENT the abduction and re-abduction of our children.  If Homeland Security has a program that will alert authorities to a non-US Citizen parent trying to leave the US with US citizen children, we should work with it.

Ms. Jacobs is fairly new and I can fill her in on the lapses in policies of the OCI on my case.  But in the meantime, can someone help me with getting my children onto the Prevent Departure Program so that the mother does not try to take them again?

The Singapore Consulate officer from San Francisco Mr. Chin has appeared in LA Family Court twice but offered no assurances that the Singapore Consulate will not issue replacement passports for the children, or Document of Identity for the children.  The original Singapore passports issued without my authorization facilitated the abduction in 2009.  All you need to do is go to the Singapore Consulate and say you lost your passport and they will issue of Document of Identity which will allow you (and the chldren) to board a plane and leave the US.  No controls whatsoever.
