Noan'sDad (Simon) had forwarded this link to me as a potential resource to assist in raising awareness about international child abduction.
I hadn't heard of this organization previously, but they're international and I believe the founder is a Canadian guy. It does look interesting (especially the part about possibly funding media campaigns).
I'm posting it in case BSH and BacHome think it might be useful to our efforts.
