My ex-wife, Mara Silvia Oliveira Rezende, and her accomplice, José Augusto dos Santos Sa) have been summonsed and the date for the hearing (vício do processo - nulidade da adoção - por vício de citação) has been set for 22 February 2011 in São José dos Campos. I need to be present for the hearing, so will need to try and get leave of absence from my job in the UK for about a month around that time. It will be the first time I have seen my daughter, Rebeca, in the flesh in 17 years if they actually turn up. I'd be grateful for any advice, emotional support etc from Brazilian friends on BSH.
