Story hit AOL today

They tried to show "both sides" of the story.

Lula's answer is not satisfactory.

I sent him that email today, a little modified:

ffice:office" />

Presidente, voce tambem eh pai.

Presidente, use empatia neste caso.

Respeitosamente,

Grace

I really don't like the article either, but it's an AP article so if AOL picked up I wouldn't be surprised to set it on a lot more sites.

I also think because everyone is saying "court-ordered" visitation their minds automatically go to a custody battle, and it makes the case seem completely different then what it is.  This is why he didn't fight for visitation for all those years.  IT IS NOT A CUSTODY BATTLE!!!  The phrase "court-ordered" visitation just sounds bad to me......

Grrrr....it's NOT a custody battle....the whole story is getting distorted and it's getting confusing when it should never have been this confusing in the first place. Per the Hague, Bruna should have returned Sean and THEN they could start custody hearings in the US. Bruna has passed so David should have had custody immediately; plain and simple. It's not rocket science; why can I get this and not JPLS and the Bianchi's? Really?
