This report is so frustrating because it has manipulated the "real truth". I can't believe it...

Note the play on words...

Quote
Brazil awaits the return of 11 other children from the U.S., whereas the United States awaits judicial decisions in 14 cases of children living in Brazil.

Brazil expects a return yet only promises judicial decisions.

Brazil's count is in children; US in cases (which could equate to 2x or more the of the Brazil count).

I regard this as an insult - the author of this article must think we are totally brain dead. C'mon, do you REALLY think we are THAT stupid???

Well this puts it all in perspective!

Shame on the Brazilian and U.S. governments, shame on all the governments that manipulate the facts in such an egregious manner for such a serious problem -- what is more important than our children?  Are there any private foundations that have the resources to publish the real facts?  Is there any way to ascertain the real number of international parental abductions or do we have to rely on these government machinations?

Well I'm not exactly sure how far it will go but I just interviewed again with the local Fox affiliate and the subject was this report. The reporter did say after the interview that the interview was best one by far that we've done out of 4 or 5 reports.

I did everything I knew to do to attack this report in the media. The interview should be airing within the next couple of days and we're going to push the national scene to pick it up as well. I'm sure that Fox News will pick it as soon as they find out about this US State Department report. They love bashing the current administration anyways. This will be just another weapon for them.

I'm glad to hear that you were able to be interviewed again. I hope that it does get picked up as more publicity is definitely a good thing!! Please post a link once you have one for the interview.
