Got a message from my Brazilian lawyer today saying that he had been to the court to check up on the progress of my case and that my ex and her kidnapper partner could not be summonsed by the court in Sao Jose dos Santos because they had moved house. This is 3 months after the original summons was supposed to have gone out.
Well now, this raises a few questions:
1. Are LBPs right to take their lawyers' advice and play by the rules, trusting that the Brazilian judicial system will strive to deliver justice after all the negative publicity of the Goldman case?
2. Why did the court not inform my lawyer straight away? Why did they wait for him to go and check?
3. Have Mara Silvia Rezende and Jose Augusto Dos Santos Sa moved because they know that the court will find against them?
4. Are Mara Silvia Oliveira Rezende and Jose Augusto dos Santos Sa child abusers and kidnappers?
5. Would it be even slightly posssible that the Brazilian state might have the resources to trace them through my daughter's conniving grandparents, Maria Jose Oliveira Rezende (the lawyer who has bankrolled and managed everything) and Milton Pessoa Rezende (the sad dupe who has been bullied by his wife and daughter into acquiescing in this) at: Alameda Imperatriz, 15, Itu, SP or at the US multinational company that Milton Pessoa Rezende is a director of (L.S. Starrett Corp, Av Laroy S. Starrett, Itu, SP)and which is headquartered in Athol, Mass. US?
