I was told a week ago the court that was handling the judicial review had shipped the case off to a sister court because they were too busy to handle it in a timely fashion.  I got pretty upset when I first heard that but that changed when my lawyer added that the new court would be taking up the case immediately (due to its importance and age) and that I should have a decision in 3 weeks.  Assuming that is true, and I have no reason to believe it isn't, I should have a decision in the next two weeks.

I'm glad to hear that Carlos. I don't see why it should take 3 weeks to reach and write a ruling, but I suppose it is better than even more delays.
