NY Times Article- Feb. 24th

Starting a new thread... to discuss the NY Times article.  
 
Wow!  I am very impressed that the NY Times ran an article on David and Sean.  Here it is again-

anna42 - To contact the US Secreatry of State Clinton, click on
http://contact-us.state.gov/
 
Then click on the purple tab (next to the red tab) that states "E-mail a question or a comment"
 
Then under the "additional information" selection on that page (half way down the screen)- pull down and select "Secretary of State"
 
Then I would write "Dear US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton" in the main box... and send her a letter.
 
Leave it to government websites and forms to be un-user-friendly.

Isn't this huge?  Isn't this what we have trying to do, spread attention, Isn't the NY times huge?

I remember from the old blog that someone said they had a friend at NY.  I'm am so happy you did all you can to get this story to them.  Thank you!!!!

I agree. Great story and very timely. I did not realize that Clinton was scheduled to meet with Amorim (Brazilian foreign minister) tomorrow afternoon.

That's some great news! I just hope Hillary Clinton gives Celso Amorim a good talking to!
 
Being from Brazil, I've heard from my folks and also read in some Brazilian online media how terrible our Foreign Affairs Minister has been with his duties.
 
This might not be the place to comment but I just wanted to share with you anyway... Recently Mr. Amorim made a huge international faux-pas (2nd this year so far, among others) that almost caused a diplomatic incident with Switzerland. Well, it doesn't surprise me much but it gives me a sense that maybe he's going to get his act together this time. 3rd time may be the charm!
