PayPal Scam
« on: March 11, 2009, 03:17:15 PM »
I've seen a lot of PayPal scams but this one is incredible. If one is gets suckered by this scam not only will they give up their PayPal information but also a Debit/Credit card! If one was to click on the link (DON'T DO IT) it brings you to:

http://64-145-31-34.client.net/index.html

Do you see PayPal any where in that link?

Never EVER believe any emails about your PayPal account unless it is personally addressed to you, such as Dear John Smith.

Even if you get an email addressed to you personally do not click on any links. Close the email and log on to your PayPal account to locate the information. And remember, the URL for PayPal must start out as  https://

Without that "s" you are not on the secure, encrypted PayPal web site.
