I filled out the form correctly and it would keep asking me to select my phone preference.  I would select home number and it would take me back to the question, "select a phone preference."  Finally, I selected, "select a home preference" instead of, "home phone" and it went through.
 
Then it went on with the form asking me for my age...which I had put in.  I put in select an age rather than my actual age range.  That worked.
 
I finally figured it out.  I think there's still some kinks in it but if people stick with it it eventually works.  I just hope people stick with it.  I about gave up.

I have filled out the form and also forwarded the ''volunteer form'' notification e-mail to some of my friends that are not active here (yet :frown: ).
