I have been out of commission for a few days, and was hoping to see something.  I filled out the volunteer form and will continue to work on my Congressman.

Perhaps a useful piece of information to mention when speaking with people from the SOS office is to mention something she said while she was First Lady, at the opening of the International Center for Missing and Exploited Children. She commented that international parental abduction are not just legal disputes; they are matters of human rights. I just ran across that piece of information today, those who attended the Dec 2 hearings would have heard this comment raised there by Ernie Allen, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

     My name is Roy Koyama and i am a left behind parent currently dealing with Costa Rica and the judges final decision on my Hague Case... my daughter was kidnapped last Feb. 2, 2009 and now I am finally at the point where I am in an International Court battle with my fugitive ex-fiance and she is making all kinds of claims and allegations against me and is doing so at the last minute.  She has opened a Facbook page asking for help to get money for attorney's so she can appeal the fact i won full sole legal and physical custody of my daughter.  I need help...
 
How can I get in front of national media? Any ideas???  i am looking at the last few days before I get the news and I really need to make some noise prior to the judge's ruling hoping it may influence her decision.  Who knows, but all I know is i want to have my baby girl back where she belongs... with me, her brothers and older sister.  Please, please help me... I wouldn't post for help, but I really need all I can get now.  I've spent the last year making sure my Hague Application was flawless and now it's up to the courts there to make the right decision.  It is really a simple case, Emily belongs in Missouri, NOT Costa Rica...

I have called the white house and SOS and sent letters and will keep calling to push for these meetings.

Is there anything new on this effort?  I remember that the Congressional committee was going to request a meeting with the POTUS and SOS, but haven't heard anything more.
