Brazil in not the only country who signed Hague Convention and is not complying, Poland is another one. I'm another father whose son has been abducted by his mother at age 14 months and unlawfully retain in Poland. The international Child abduction to Poland is on the rise do to Polish judicial system, which silently participates to the crime by not complying with the Hague Convention treaty law. Poland become a Black Hole for Abducted Children and Polish courts rule in the criminal abductors favor and rewording them financially, which enhance more abduction. Poland protects their own and doesn’t respect international laws and could become breathing place for International Child Abductors. A legal process in Poland with regards to child abduction and compliance with Hague Convention is a failure.
In my own opinion Poland found another way to have flow of money to Poland, by using abducted children as the golden chicken and left behind parent as the money making machine.
So I ask you to write to Canada's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs explaining what we all know and why Canada must pressure Poland to apply the Hague Convention in a proper way and the sometime change the policy to STOP awarding abductors financially as the Australian did (NO CHILD SUPPORT IF CHILD HAS BEEN ABDUCTED AND COUNTRY IS NOT COMPLYING TO RETURN THE CHILD). One voice is a whisper many voices can create change. Help the children stand up and speak out against child abduction.
