Still no decision has been published..  This is highly irregular for federal appeals cases.  In the state family court decision back in April '09 no decision was published for an inordinate amount of time so my lawyer traveled 5 hours from Mexico City to the court in Salamanca, GTO to check the court docket in person (they also refused to give him information over the phone.)  He found that they had "forgotten" to publish the announcement of the decision against me online (after publishing dozens of other insignificant updates online) and that the clock was ticking for us to file an appeal.  We caught it in time, filed our appeal, and the decision was promptly overturned by the State Supreme Court in July.. and then my wife filed two more appeals against that.  My lawyer is travelling back to Guanajuato now to make sure nothing similiar has happened again.

Carlos you and Sage are in my prayers every day. I have not been around for a while but every day I say a prayer for you two and everyone else.

As Sean said to David: "Maximum Force"

Nope.  My lawyer went to the court last thursday and filed a motion saying that the decision should have been announced at the conclusion of the onstitutional hearing on February 8th.  They haven't even published anything acknowledging that motion.  The judge's secretary told my lawyer that it would probably be around the first week of March based on the courts workload...
