1. Check to see what other options are near you. There are Brazilian consulates in Houston, NYC & LA. Maybe others. Or maybe your representative or senator hasn't co-signed H.Res125/SR37 and has a home office nearby.
2. Post a message saying that you plan to be at one of these places and would like for others to join you.
