David's foes in this battle are two wealthy and extremely powerful families, the Bianchi's and Lins e Silva's who up until last week managed to keep any information out the Brazilian media. Can you imagine the power one would need in the USA to stop ABC, CNN, NBC, the Associated Press, the New York Times, the Washington Post from reporting a story? It couldn't be done but the major Brazilian media declined to report until it became, in their view, a diplomatic crisis. The Lins e Silva's are among the most powerful lawyers in Brazil. The legal maneuvers, appeals on top of more appeals could go on and on. This must END, the Brazilian Federal government must step in and return Sean Goldman to his natural father.
