Worldwide Candlelight Vigils - June 16th, 8 PM

Hello BSHers,

After much discussion, we've decided to hold a candlelight vigil on June 16th, 2009, which marks the 5 year anniversary of Sean's abduction. Groups will be gathering in various cities. The events will run an hour, and will not only be a vigil for Sean but for the other abducted American children currently being held abroad.

Please bring your own candle and matches/lighters, and if you have extras, please bring them as well.

Please come and show your solidarity with David and Sean as we pray for Sean's immediate return to the United States.

If you cannot attend an event, please light a candle at your home on the 16th for David and Sean, and if you want, take a picture and submit it to this thread.

We already have supporters from Canada, Germany, Brazil, Japan and the Philippines pledging their participation from abroad!

What a fantastic idea. How I wish I could be there. Although I will be in spirit. I will be lighting a candle in Los Angeles for David & Sean for sure though.
